Wednesdays: speed work at the track
Thursdays: 2 × 30 min jog

BIKE
Tuesdays: intervals
Thursdays: steady state ride
Fridays: intervals
Saturdays: hill ride

SWIM
Tue, Wed, Fri

RACE
Saturday, May 19: Santa Rosa Crit
